Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and 1ST Airport Taxis. Your booking of a taxi and utilization of our service implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

1ST Airport Taxis, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure adequate time allocation for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. 1ST Airport Taxis is not liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate sufficient time or unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 You are responsible for ordering a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. 1ST Airport Taxis does not guarantee accommodation for excess luggage. A child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Request wheelchair access at the time of booking if needed.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to modify the quote in the event of significant itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Any wait exceeding this time is subject to the standard waiting rate. We aim to adjust our service for flight delays, but this is not obligatory.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify discrepancies exempts 1ST Airport Taxis from responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance restrictions on passenger count is mandatory.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Notify 1ST Airport Taxis of cancellations at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation after dispatch incurs a charge based on the driver's covered time and distance.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in a charge.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, 1ST Airport Taxis is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No circumstances warrant liability for losses to you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we'll endeavor to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 You indemnify 1ST Airport Taxis for expenses arising from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 1ST Airport Taxis may subcontract obligations. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We can modify terms and conditions, effective on this page. Review regularly for changes. Existing bookings maintain rates in effect during booking.

8.3 Information is handled according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement represents the full understanding between 1ST Airport Taxis and yourself.

8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date; claims made thereafter are not entertained by 1ST Airport Taxis.
